Returns policy
We only accept returns if item is un-used and un-soiled and can refuse the right to return items or issue refunds
If customer collects and returns 10% re-stocking charge will be charged
If we deliver and customer returns 20% re-stocking
If we deliver and we collect 30% re-stocking

We are an independent builders merchand based in Derby but cover most of the country thru our network of merchants in our buying group
This buying power also allows us to compete with some of the national merchants names you may be familiar with.
We sell most items from the readymix in the footings to the ridge tiles on the roof and also many decorative products to compliment and landscape your garden.
