We very much regret that cheques cannot be accepted unless Credit position of customer is established:-

I.e.. 1. Covered by a valid Bank Card.

2. Time is allowed for cheque to be cleared before supplying materials.

If you intend to pay by cheque please state before placing your order.

 

Delivery policy

 

Orders will not be taken for delivery to premises where there will not be anyone present at time of delivery.

The customer or their representative must be there to sign for receipt of goods, and if necessary provide labour to give reasonable assistance in off loading.

Goods will otherwise be brought back to depot and a re-delivery charge will be charged.

 

Returns policy

 

ALL GOODS COLLECTED & RETURNED BY YOU ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% HANDLING CHARGE

 

ALL GOODS DELIVERED BY US & RETURNED BY YOU ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% HANDLING CHARGE

 

 

ALL GOODS DELIVERED & COLLECTED BY US ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% HANDLING CHARGE

 

 

CEMENT & PLASTER PRODUCTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE

 

 

ALL REFUNDS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A RECEIPT (PROOF OF PURCHASE) SHOWING THE GOODS YOU WISH TO RETURN, WITHIN ONE MONTH OF PURCHASE. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST RECEIPTS.
