We aim to deliver within 2-3 days, but sometimes on certain orders to certain locations this might be longer. In unusual cases, we might also need to come back to you about an additional charge. In rare cases for reasons of not having any stock in a distribution depot near you, or other reasons it may not be possible to fulfil your order, in which case you will receive a full, no questions asked refund. We are, however, unable to accept any liability for any loss because of a delayed or cancelled order and do not make any 'guarantees' about delivery or availability or that we'll be able to fufil your order at all.

Delivery costs depend equally on products required. A significant proportion of our products are large, bulky and heavy and may require materials handling equipment. A single bag of nails may only cost £5, where as a single 1 tonne bag of sand may cost £50. Often, orders over £250 are delivered for free, but not across all products to all locations. Occasionally your order may need to be referred to an agent to confirm delivery costs, in which case your order will display TBC To Be Confirmed. Delivery costs and times to remote areas are likely to be higher than that quoted on the website as will areas where we do not have partners.
